SBC: What would you say are the key challenges and opportunities for operators in Latin America when it comes to player activation and retention? 

KM: While the Latin American online gambling market holds promising opportunities for operators due to its growth potential, operators must also navigate regulatory complexities and competition. Successful operators will need to focus on localized strategies, responsible gambling practices, and innovative approaches to player activation and retention.

KM: Everyone that knows me, knows that I’m a huge foodie! I heard that Miami has some great Multicultural Dining. Excited for some Mexican food in particular, definitely won’t let my belly down! I’d love to visit Little Havana & Little Haiti too and get to see the beauty of different cultures through food, music and art.

SBC: Travelling can be both exhausting and exhilarating. How do you usually recharge after a day of networking and sessions at a conference?

KM: After a long day, I just like to go back to my hotel room and enjoy some me-time . Whether it’s watching a series, putting my feet up and having a nice meal or just having a long nap to feel refreshed for the next day. I believe that the key is to find a balance between networking and relaxation. Don’t forget your eye-drops! Lots and lots of eye-drops!
