FanDuel is replicating a promotion from the start of football season now that the NBA season is less than a week away.

Back in August, FanDuel offered discounted NFL Sunday Ticket memberships for new and existing bettors wagering just $5 on the app.

Now, the operator is offering a similar offer with NBA League Pass.

The mechanics are the same. From OCt. 19-26, new bettors to FanDuel who wager $5 receive $200 in bonus bets and three free months of the NBA’s subscription TV plan, NBA League Pass.

Existing users can also wager $5 and receive the three free months of League Pass.

Users can utilize the free NBA League Pass through Dec. 11. Additionally, FanDuel users who have a global membership NBA ID will be eligible for future perks.

“FanDuel is committed to offering the top sportsbook product on the market and elevating the entertainment experience for fans this NBA season,” said Mike Raffensperger, Chief Commercial Officer, FanDuel. “This year, we’re leveraging the power of our NBA partnership and our industry-leading platform to create an ecosystem where fans can bet on pivotal moments in a game in real-time and watch to see the results, elevating their sports betting and entertainment experience.”

This NBA season, FanDuel will be offering its Live Same Game Parlay feature across every single game. It will also be an opportunity for users to check out the app’s new The Pulse section. FanDuel mentioned this section during the announcement of the NFL Sunday Ticket deal, however, at the time, they were calling it FanDuel Explore.

The narrative-driven area of the app will provide curated bets where bettors bet in real time on what is happening.
