Xpoint Verify goes live with PlayStar in New Jersey

Real-money gaming geolocation product Xpoint Verify has expanded further in the US market, going live with the online casino brand PlayStar.

Xpoint Verify, the real-money gaming geolocation product of Xpoint, has expanded further in the US market, going live with the online casino brand PlayStar in New Jersey.

The launch of Xpoint Verify with PlayStar is part of the geolocation partnership agreed between the online casino and Xpoint earlier this year.

“We are very pleased to be partnering with Xpoint as our Geolocation provider in New Jersey,” commented Per Hellberg, Chief Executive Officer at PlayStar.

“Both PlayStar and Xpoint are at a similar point in their evolution – young, exciting brands who bring true innovation to our markets – and as we enter somewhat of a David and Goliath battle against our respective competitors.

“Additionally, this partnership means we stay true to our vision to leverage the most innovative technology in the market to deliver an online casino experience like no other.”

Xpoint Verify’s launch with PlayStar follows the product’s similar activations with Sporttrade in the US and SkillOnNet in Canada as the geolocation and compliance technology services provider continues to grow across North America.

However, Xpoint’s recent announcement comes as the company is being sued by geolocation competitor GeoComply for violating its patented technology, claims which Xpoint says are “meritless”.

“2022 is proving to be a pivotal year for Xpoint and I am delighted that we are now live with PlayStar, another world-class Xpoint Verify partner in the US,” added Marvin Sanderson, CEO and Co-Founder of Xpoint.
