White Hat Studios is expanding its reach through a partnership with Delaware North’s online sports betting and casino brand.

The slot content provider announced an agreement with Delaware North to deliver online casino content to Betly in West Virginia. Betly serves as Delaware North’s online gaming brand, providing online casino gaming and sports betting in four U.S. markets.

The deal forged between White Hat Studios and Delaware North provides Betly players in the Mountain State with access to White Hat Studios’ portfolio of online casino offerings.

“This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering top-tier content quickly and seamlessly to operators across the U.S.,” said White Hat Studios SVP of Sales and Marketing Daniel Lechner. “With our portfolio of fan-favorite branded titles and innovative features like Jackpot Royale, we’re confident we’ll make an immediate impact for Betly and its players.”

White Hat Studios provides content to all seven regulated online casino markets in America. The company also provides players in Ontario with access to its content.

White Hat Studios taps into land-based gaming

White Hat Studios showcased its commitment to online casino players in West Virginia after landing its first distribution deal for brick-and-mortar casino gaming earlier this year.

White Hat Studios reached an agreement with end-to-end technology supplier Gaming Arts in May to deliver content to land-based casinos across the country. The pact allows White Hat Studios to “capitalize on untapped potential” by entering the retail sector.

Betly makes an operational change

Betly is embracing White Hat Studios amid a strategic realignment.

Last month, the company announced plans to exit Tennessee’s online sports betting market after initially launching in the Volunteer State in 2022. Betly is shuttering its sportsbook in Tennessee to focus on its existing online sports betting markets. The exit also allows Delaware North to allocate more resources towards its Southland Casino Hotel.

Betly users can withdraw funds in Tennessee until Dec. 29, just before its shuttering. The operational change will leave Betly with access to three gaming markets, which include Arkansas and Ohio. West Virginia is the only state where it offers online casino gaming.
