Optimove is continuing to solidify its presence in North America’s iGaming market.
The CRM marketing solutions provider announced on Monday a strategic partnership with iGaming platform provider 4Play Gaming to improve operational efficiency and user experiences for licensed operators in regulated gaming markets across the world.
As part of the pact, Optimove steps in as 4Play’s main CRM provider and will provide personalized player interactions while bolstering engagement and customer retention.

4Play offers fixed fee services compared to revenue-sharing models providing transparency and smaller annual revenue adjustments. It charges operators a monthly fee for their services regardless of performance providing enhanced budgeting and confidentiality.
Busy start to the year for Optimove
Optimove’s partnership with 4Play adds to a series of recent moves by the company.
In April, Optimove secured a strategic partnership with data support and engineering solutions provider DataDots. The deal sees Optimove and DataDots collaborate to build personalized, real-time data integration strategies used by marketers around the world.
Earlier this month, the New York-based company joined the European Lotteries Association and also expanded its reach in Brazil with the opening of an office.
Optimove has a portfolio of clients that includes bet365, Scientific Games, and IGT. It has also enlisted The Money Factor, MyPrize, and Chanced.com as sweepstake clients.
