Pragmatic Play has secured its second agreement in North America with the launch of its live casino games in the Canadian province of Ontario.
Under the terms of the deal signed with global operator bet365, Pragmatic Play has made titles like Sweet Bonanza CandyLand and PowerUp Roulette available to players in the province.
It follows Pragmatic Play’s debut on the continent last November, when the multi-product content provider inked an agreement with NorthStar Gaming to supply its full portfolio of slot titles, which it already provides for bet365.
Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play, commented: “Partnering with bet365 in Ontario is an exciting move for us at Pragmatic Play, as we continue to expand our reach in regulated markets across the world.
“We’re delighted to enhance bet365’s offering in North America with some of the best games in the industry. As we are already live in Ontario with our award-winning range of Slots, this deal brings even more of our premium content to players in the province, including our popular Live Casino.”
Pragmatic Play already has a strong footing in Latin America, with a new partnership forged with One Bit Tech in February 2022 across the continent preceding a bingo games agreement with Estelarbet in Brazil and Chile.
Now, though, the provider is looking to ‘explore the massive growth potential’ of the North American market as more states and territories seek to legalize online gambling and sports betting’.
Meanwhile, a bet365 spokesperson said on its latest agreement with Pragmatic Play: “We are proud to extend our partnership with Pragmatic Play into the Ontario market. Its combination of award-winning innovative slots and live games perfectly fits bet365’s games product, and will be a welcome addition for our Ontario customers.”
