DraftKings has partnered with Mindway AI to add the Better Collective-owned company’s responsible gaming product to its in-app player protection suite.
DraftKings has integrated Mindway AI’s Gamalyze into its Responsible Gaming Center, which already includes a range of tools such as limit-setting features, self-exclusion options and educational content.
Better Collective said in a release that Gamalyze complements DraftKings’ existing evidence-based responsible gaming tools and resources with an interactive, science-based experience.
Insights based on in-play decisions
Mindway AI works with various gaming operators, platform providers, regulators and governments and other service providers to share state-of-the-art responsible gambling data, tools and resources. It has solutions live in more than 65 jurisdictions.
Its Gamalyze is a solution that assesses players’ real decision-making rather than relying on self-reported information.
It works by situating users in a simulated card game and evaluates how they respond to various in-game scenarios. Based on these interactions, Gamalyze generates personalized feedback designed to help players better understand their gambling activity and how they assess risk and make decisions.
The idea is that players get access to personalized, simulated real-life insights that reflect how they actually play in online casino games, rather than asking them to assess their own behaviour.

DraftKings keeps building out RG Center
DraftKings has steadily expanded its responsible gaming toolkit in recent years.
In October 2025, it onboarded behavioral health technology platform Evive’s resources, which are backed by a clinical advisory board of experts and provide tools and educational content tailored to each particular player’s unique profile and activity.
DraftKings also hosts resources such as My Stat Sheet, which allows users to track their activity, My Budget Builder, which lets players set more customized spending limits and reminders, and other features. DraftKings was recognized for its responsible gaming efforts in May 2025 by being ranked by Eilers & Krejcik Gaming as No. 1 in the U.S. market for overall RG performance.
