PrizePicks is partnering with MLB’s reigning World Series champions.
On Wednesday, the daily fantasy sports operator announced a deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers to become the franchise’s DFS partner. As part of the multiyear agreement, PrizePicks will have in-venue signage at Dodger Stadium, the team’s home ballpark since 1962. It will also have a presence across Dodgers’ social media, radio and digital platforms.
“Partnering with the Dodgers is an incredible opportunity to align with one of the most respected organizations in sports,” said PrizePicks CMO Mike Quigley. “As the Dodgers chase another championship title, we’re looking forward to delivering unique moments that bring fans even closer to the action.”
PrizePicks is bringing an exclusive in-game promotion for fans at Dodger Stadium as part of its new partnership with the team. The operator is giving fans and its customers the chance to win a free lineup and tickets when the Dodgers score 10 or more runs at home.
The Dodgers are opening the contest to baseball fans through social media.
PrizePicks collaborates with MLB teams in California
PrizePicks’ deal with the Dodgers solidifies its footprint in California.
In April, PrizePicks was named the official DFS partner of the San Diego Padres. The partnership marked PrizePicks’ first foray with a professional sports team in California.
PrizePicks secured a branding presence at Petco Park, the Padres’ home ballpark, while offering an in-game promotion available to DFS players throughout the 2025 season.
That same month, the San Francisco Giants tapped PrizePicks as its official DFS partner. The pact allows PrizePicks to deliver rotating signage throughout the team’s home ballpark.
PrizePicks also recently renewed its partnership with the Atlanta Braves. The operator has been a DFS partner of the Braves since 2020 and has extended its partnership for another three years. PrizePicks landed a deal with the Braves as its headquartered in Atlanta.
DFS rules in California
PrizePicks operates in California as the state lacks explicit rules regarding DFS.
The lack of DFS standards allows DFS operators to conduct business in a grey area. The legality of DFS is based on whether contests are considered games of chance or skill.
In the Sunshine State, active gaming law doesn’t prohibit the offering of games of skill.
