EveryMatrix has boosted its array of offerings by launching LoyaltyEngine, a cross-vertical suite of tools that aims to empower gaming operators to fuel player engagement, retention and lifetime value.

LoyaltyEngine allows operators to easily configure levels, set earnings rules for experience points (XP) and coins and configure prizes for any campaign across any gaming vertical. The ultimate goal is to further motivate players to earn rewards.

The new suite blends unique gamification elements including clear progression paths with advanced algorithms to incentivize players to climb the ranks and unlock redeemable personalized rewards within a shop-based system. These include bespoke bonuses, tailored promotions and exclusive VIP perks such as branded merchandise and goods.

LoyaltyEngine also provides access to real-time player behavior analytics and insights to allow EveryMatrix’s customers to identify high-value players and make data-driven decisions to optimize loyalty strategies.

It has been integrated with EveryMatrix’s 30,500+ games and 330+ game studio partnerships.

“LoyaltyEngine will have an instant EveryMatrix effect on our customers’ brands, strengthening the relationship they have with their players by offering richer experiences through gamification and personalized rewards, while equally benefiting operators with seamless integration and real-time data insights and reporting,” said Stian Enger Pettersen, CEO Casino at EveryMatrix.

“For many years, EveryMatrix has pioneered cross-vertical bonusing, loyalty and gamification tools developed to empower our customers and enhance player experiences. LoyaltyEngine will continue this proud tradition by offering a premium loyalty solution with clear progression paths and enticing rewards leading to significant benefits for our customers and their players.”

EveryMatrix continues to make gains in 2024

the new LoyaltyEngine suite comes two months after EveryMatrix announced that its flagship casino product, CasinoEngine, had eclipsed six billion monthly game rounds and exceeded $6.5 million in monthly turnover as of June 2024.

CasinoEngine, which utilizes an aggregation product called SlotMatrix, hosts more than 29,000 games. It has also achieved record profits and record customer revenues over the last three years. EveryMatrix partly credited the accelerated growth to new innovations such as SlotMatrix Boosters, a series of gamification tools that include customizable jackpots, tournaments, challenges and free spins, which have also driven game rounds and turnover.

LoyaltyEngine is evidently an attempt to build on this engagement and these tools and help operators better attract and retain players.

EveryMatrix also put the accelerated rate of growth down to a combination of increasing existing customer revenues by a significant margin, adding new vendors and going live with new operators including DraftKingsGolden Nugget Online GamingBetMGM and Rush Street Interactive.

The company has expanded its geographical reach in recent months. It received a license to operate in Pennsylvania in February via a deal with betPARX and signed its first exclusive U.S. content aggregation partnership with DraftKings in May to provide Supremeland Gaming‘s content to the operator in New Jersey.

It subsequently struck a deal with Golden Nugget to provide casino content in Michigan and New Jersey.

These new innovations have come under the watch of new Group Technology Officer Mihnea Dobre, who was promoted from head of IT governance in May.
