Indiana bettors are getting a new sports betting option in time for the Super Bowl.

Bet365 expanded into its eighth U.S. state on Tuesday, launching in Indiana through an access agreement with French Lick Casino.

“At bet365, we don’t do ordinary, and as the home of the country’s first professional baseball game, ‘The Greatest Spectacle in Racing’, and a rich basketball history, neither does Indiana,” said a bet365 spokesperson. “New and eligible sports fans in the Hoosier State, renowned for their passion and loyalty, can enjoy the bet365 experience featuring market leading offerings like amazing Bet Boosts, the fastest In-Game product and unique Same Game Parlays.”

New bettors can choose from one of two sign-up offers. The first, called the First Bet Safety Net, allows bettors to receive bonus bet credits for the amount of their first bet if they lose up to $2,000. The other option is a bettor can bet $5 and receive $150 in bet credits.

Bet365 expanded into Louisiana in November and announced plans to launch in North Carolina later this year.

Bet365 is off to a strong start in Kentucky and is consistently in the top five sportsbooks since launching in Ohio a year ago. With the established presence in those neighboring states, bet365 should be poised for some built-in market recognition in the Hoosier State.

During its most recent earnings report, bet365 did report losses on the fiscal year despite rising revenues in large part because of its efforts to establish itself as a brand in North America.
