NeoGames has appointed Robert Wesley to the position of Vice President of North American Customer Development.
Wesley, who joined NeoGames on August 1, boasts over a quarter of a century of lottery industry experience and will be charged with helping onboard new customers interested in growing their ilottery offerings while assisting and supporting NeoGames’ existing customer base with best practices.

Wesley joins NeoGames after a long and successful career with the Virginia Lottery, where he spent 25 years. Rising through the ranks of the state lotto, Wesley’s tenure culminated in a promotion to Deputy Executive Director of Lottery.
During his time on the executive team, the Virginia Lottery’s overall sales grew by 23% in the most recently completed fiscal year. The ilottery program was one of the top-performing schemes in the US in its first three years post-launch.
