Checkd Group is looking to enhance its Betting Hub app player interactions in the US and UK after agreeing to a partnership with the customer engagement platform Xtremepush.

Under the terms of the deal, Xtremepush will provide Checkd Group with its acquisition and retention services to help them analyze, segment, and target mobile and web users, providing data-driven, contextual, and optimally timed messages for maximum engagement.

The agreement will spread across the Betting Hub app and websites including FlashPicks in the US and Footy Accumulators and The Winners Enclosure online platforms in the UK, boosting active players for Checkd Group’s operator partners, as well as creating new customer engagement opportunities.

“We are always looking for new ways to engage with our dedicated player base on all brands and the advanced capabilities of Xtremepush will significantly improve our ability to deliver personalized and relevant content,” commented Alex Beecham at Checkd Group.

“This new partnership serves as further evidence of our desire to continue product innovation with CRM solutions that will increase the active player base for our operator partners.”

Checkd Group’s partnership with Xtremepush to enhance the Betting Hub’s engagement follows the launch of the hub’s Tipster Tournaments, a hub of free-to-play tipping competitions where users enter their football tips into leaderboard-style competitions each with specific betting entry criteria.

“Our platform provides Checkd Group with the advanced toolset that it needs to further increase the retention potential across all their brands by delivering relevant notifications and emails to its customers,” added Jack Oliver at Xtremepush.

“We believe that this agreement is only the first step in what will prove to be a mutually successful partnership going forward.”
