BetMGM has confirmed that actor Jerry Ferrara has joined the operator as a celebrity brand ambassador and a new podcast host.
In his ambassadorial role, Ferrara will co-host Unleashed, BetMGM’s weekly sports podcast as well as participate in future BetMGM fan events and marketing campaigns.
“As a diehard sports fan, I couldn’t be more excited about legalized sports betting and having the opportunity to partner with an industry leader like BetMGM,” commented Ferrara.
“It’s an honor to be the first BetMGM ambassador to co-host Unleashed and I’m excited to share my passion and knowledge with fellow sports fans.”
Ferrara, a Screen Actors Guild Award nominee, has appeared in numerous hit TV series including Entourage, Power Last Vegas, Lone Survivor and Think Like a Man.
Furthermore, he is well-versed in the podcast medium, having experience hosting the Bad 4 Business podcast, which features interviews with athletes and actors, as well as interesting members of the public.

Earlier today, Entain – one of the operator’s JV parent firms – confirmed that BetMGM’s total revenue had improved by 65% YoY in H1 to $608m as part of its H1 report.
