Caesars Entertainment has marked a milestone for its Digital arm with the release of its first in-house developed online casino game.
The Signature Multihand Blackjack Surrender, from Caesars’ recently created in-house games studio Empire Creative, is currently live exclusively on the Caesars Palace Online Casino platform in New Jersey only.
Caesars said in a release that fully branded versions of the game will soon become available across its Horseshoe Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino platforms. Caesars operates its trio of online casino skins in numerous U.S. states as well as in the regulated Ontario market.

Unique branding and features
The company called the title a highly customizable game that features a variety of play modes, personalized table felts with signature Caesars branding, and a selection of eight proprietary audio tracks and voiceover options.
It stated that the game boasts a range of features that are commonly found in traditional digital versions of blackjack, including both right- and left-handed modes, advanced betting options such as surrender, even money and insurance, accelerated gameplay and a Safety Net feature that is designed to prevent accidental bets.
More proprietary games to follow
“Bringing our first proprietary game to market is a major milestone in our mission to create world-class, in-house developed gaming content,” said Caesars Digital Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer Matt Sunderland. “We’re excited to continuously expand our in-house content offerings, complementing the excellent portfolio of games we’ve secured through external providers.
“This launch showcases the strength of our new in-house studio team and underscores our commitment to player-centric innovation, creating experiences that cater to a wide variety of preferences and playstyles.”
Empire Creative will continue to release new signature table game products for Caesars throughout the rest of 2025.
Caesars Digital Senior Director of Game Products Scott Krell added that the company’s goal is to provide “a premium and tailored experience that stands out in an increasingly crowded market.”
Caesars Digital keeps evolving amid spin-off talk
The first in-house title is the latest step for Caesars as it continues to broaden its online offerings.
Late last month, Caesars announced it is expanding its World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online player pool to include Pennsylvania. Caesars recently began providing EveryMatrix gaming content across four U.S. states and now also offers exclusive online slot games in partnership with AGS.
Caesars also added a second custom live dealer studio earlier in April, this time inside one of its New Jersey casinos.
While all of this happens, Caesars’ leadership continues to mull a potential spin-off of its Digital arm. CEO Tom Reeg said on an earnings call two weeks ago that such a move is still on the table as an option to create value for shareholders.
Reeg was speaking after Caesars Digital reported a 19% year-over-year rise in net revenue to $335 million during the first three months of 2025. Online casino net revenue surged 53%.
