The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is now pooling Pennsylvania poker players with players in three other states on the state’s first day as part of the Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement (MSIGA).

Pennsylvania has joined Delaware, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey and West Virginia in the MSIGA, which allows players from any of those states to play with their peers in any other. Only four of those states are open to operators for poker liquidity, as West Virginia does not offer regulated online poker and legal Delaware online gambling is a BetRivers monopoly.

On Monday, WSOP owner Caesars Entertainment announced it is the first online poker operator to share liquidity across four U.S. jurisdictions. WSOP previously integrated Michigan with Nevada and New Jersey on WSOP Online in May 2024, meaning it is the only platform in the country where players from all four states can compete in the same player pool.

“This expansion enhances the experience for players by building even greater prize pools that are up for grabs all summer long as a part of our jam-packed WSOP Online schedule,” said Caesars VP of Online Poker Danielle Barille. “We’re ready to see who earns our largest online prize pools ever once the first hands are dealt this summer.”

Caesars also unveiled the 2025 WSOP Online Bracelet schedule, featuring 30 online bracelet events coinciding with the 56th annual World Series of Poker running through the spring and summer to celebrate Pennsylvania’s entry into the MSIGA.

The first online bracelet event will begin on May 31 with a total of five live final tables, with the final event starting on July 15. A new Online Bracelet Leaderboard will offer over $30,000 in prizes. Now that it is part of the MSIGA, this will be the first year since 2021 that Pennsylvania doesnt have its own ring-fenced bracelet events.

Players will be allowed to play on WSOP Online while simultaneously participating in live WSOP events at the Las Vegas-hosted tournament from May 27 to July 16.

BetMGM also enters PA on day one

While WSOP is the only operator pooling players in four of the six MSIGA states, BetMGM joined it in Pennsylvania on the Keystone State‘s first day of pooling.

BetMGM said last week, on the day that the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board announced Pennsylvania’s official entry into the agreement, that it would be ready to go on day one.

As of April 28, BetMGM offers online poker pooling in Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It is not active in Nevada.

BetMGM is rolling out its own special tournaments and promotions to celebrate the launch, such as a C-Note tournament on day one with a guaranteed $35,000 prize pool and a BetMGM May Millions weekend tournament series in May with $1 million guaranteed across 18 events.

Las Vegas’ ARIA Resort & Casino will also host the BetMGM Poker Championship from June 30 to July 4.

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro called entry into the MSIGA, “a common-sense step to support hundreds of thousands of Pennsylvanians, grow our economy, and bring in more revenue to support our schools, our seniors, our small businesses, and more.”

Other regulated online poker sites in Pennsylvania include PokerStars, which has yet to confirm it has launched in Pennsylvania.
