Novig has signed a partnership with Intelitics to begin its player acquisition strategy ahead of its upcoming launch in Colorado

Under the terms of the deal, Intelitics will provide Novig with its platform and affiliate management software to catalyze its launch in the Mountain State. The firm is launching its online sports betting platform in Colorado after gaining licences to do so earlier in the year.

But this will serve as a starting point for Novig, which also has plans to launch a sports betting exchange in the state in the future. Colorado is one of two states to allow exchange betting alongside New Jersey

Catherine Dougherty, Head of Growth Marketing at Novig, stated: “This is a powerful, highly capable platform and toolset that we will be able to use to drive new customer acquisition at scale and for a fraction of the cost of other marketing channels. This will give us a huge boost in Colorado and the other states where we will make a play.”

Novig has recently benefited from a funding round that raised $6.4m to propel its sportsbook debut in the US. High-profile backers include Lux Capital, Soma Capital, Alan Rutlege, and NFL Hall of Famer Joe Montana.

The exchange is gearing up to launch in Colorado via a 10-year market access partnership with Bronco Bills Casino in Cripple Creek.

The firm is the brainchild of Harvard graduates Jacob Fortinsky and Kelechi Ukah who take inspiration from the financial markets to launch the exchange.

Yet, as the firm looks towards launching the sportsbook, it seeks Intelitics’ software in a bid to grow a strong user base.

Intelitics platform uses AI analytics technology to tie customer acquisition to lifetime value of players. The firm aims to deliver streamlined tracking, automotive reporting and expanded customer acquisition channels in one singular platform.

Allan Stone, Intelitics Software CEO, added: “Novig is set to disrupt the Colorado online sports betting market, and we are thrilled to be supporting its acquisition efforts through affiliates and paid media. These are powerful channels that are highly effective, both in terms of scale and cost.”
