BetMakers has unveiled the latest part of its product portfolio for the Global Tote brand by launching OneWatch, a wagering monitoring and analytics platform.
OneWatch aims to exchange wagering terminal support operations from manual and reactive to smart and proactive by introducing four key features.
These features include a central monitoring platform that will track Global Tote’s entire wagering terminal estate with a single, consolidated dashboard; real-time status indicators, alerts, and general health reports; historical data for analysis, performance metrics, and to support data-driven decision-making; and dashboard integration with third-party automation tools.
Karl Begg, Chief Technology Officer of BetMakers Technology Group, stated: “At BetMakers, we simplify betting so one goal of our BetLine Series was to ensure that all core elements of wagering terminal service could be monitored and analyzed, centrally, for resource allocation, proactive services, and rapid incident resolution.
“Whether deployed for our North American clients or by a client that owns their own BetLine terminals, OneWatch will give support teams comprehensive oversight of critical wagering terminal systems, ensuring that nothing escapes attention.”
The OneWatch platform will serve two primary functions to support the BetMakers business. Firstly, it will be used in-house to serve the Global Tote stable of BetLine terminals that it has at race tracks across the US.
Meanwhile, it will also be used as a B2B product for clients in the US who wish to monitor their retail betting operations. Those firms who buy BetLine terminals outright will be able to purchase OneWatch to bolt on and monitor activity on those terminals.
Clients will be able to purchase the OneWatch platform from Q1 of 2024, coinciding with the rollout of when it will be available in the Global Tote terminal stable.
