Odds On Compliance has announced a new employee resource group specifically made for women to encourage an empowering community for its employees as the world marks International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month.

Titled ‘Women Leading Women’, the initiative is open to all female members of staff at Odds On Compliance to provide a platform to experience sharing, offer support and advice and ‘empower women to achieve their full potential.’

“Empowering women is a key part of our approach. I have always strived to make mentorship a priority for all the women who have supported me along my career journey,” said Cheryl Jones, President of the European division. “Whether it be an intern, employee or my peers, it is critical to creating a space of trust, honesty, and support.

“Also, providing support and mentorship to our younger generation females can be a catalyst to their personal and professional development.”

Women Leading Women intends to offer professional development opportunities for female members of staff, including networking events, mentorship programs and skills sessions.

Members of the group can share experiences and advice to help other women to build relationships and gather skills to advance their careers.

Looking ahead, Odds On Compliance intends to expand the group to other businesses in the industry to improve the network and help foster further relationships between women in the gaming industry.

The firm said it would do this through a range of activities to showcase the creative work of women and make professional opportunities to empower women.

“We recognize the importance of creating an inclusive and diverse workplace for all employees,” said CEO Eric Frank. “Our new group for women is just one of the many initiatives we are taking to ensure that all employees feel valued, respected, and supported in their roles.”
