Enteractive has expanded its operations into another US state after receiving a service license from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).

The player reactivation and retention firm is now able to engage with players in the Keystone State, as well as in Illinois and New Jersey. The company acquired a service license from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE) in April last year.

“After the early success Enteractive has seen in the US market and the positive way players are responding to our one-to-one personal approach, we’re proud to announce that we are expanding our reach into Pennsylvania state,” stated Andrew Foster, CBO at Enteractive.

“It’s encouraging to see that the US audience is as appreciative of a personal, qualitative approach as the other global audiences we engage with on behalf of operator brands.”

With the Pennsylvania license, Enteractive can now engage with the sports bettors in the state on behalf of operators active there.

Utilizing its (Re)Activation Cloud platform, the firm can assist operators in targeting selected audience segments, such as registered users who haven’t yet deposited as well as earlier depositors of different activity levels.

The firm’s API technology can also help operators deploy database segments to Enteractive’s teams for “personalized one-to-one engagement with players at the click of a button”.

Additionally, Enteractive uses its one-to-one exchanges with players as a “frontline protection against problem gambling, with RG being a core element of every engagement with a player”.

Mikael Hansson, CEO of Enteractive, added: “With this Pennsylvania license in addition to our license in New Jersey, we’re available to support player retention for sportsbooks in the two largest online gambling states of the US.

“With some leading US brands already working with our stateside teams, our journey across the pond gets more exciting each day.”

Earlier this month, Enteractive strengthened its B2B team with the appointment of Faye Williams to the role of Head of Account Management.
