Nueva Codere has enlisted the help of Salesforce and its marketing systems as it aims to build better relationships with its customers.
As a result, the firm will leverage Salesforce’s ‘Marketing Cloud’ solution, a multi-channel CRM tool that offers insights on both B2B and B2C customers to improve partners’ marketing capabilities.
The first phase of the partnership was initiated in Mexico to gather and analyze relevant information to optimize the relationship between the two parties.
A full launch is expected to follow, including greater functionalities and jurisdictions to cover Codere’s global regulated markets.
