Worthy.ai rolls out AI-powered TikTok Dynamic Ads for gaming acquisition

AI-powered real-money gaming player acquisition platform Worthy.ai has fully launched a new TikTok Dynamic Ads product designed for operators.

The product enables online gambling companies to generate and scale their TikTok ad creative using AI-generated templates populated with live campaign inputs such as odds, matchups, jackpots and promotional offers. In essence, it allows gaming operators to deploy sportsbook and casino ads with live data injection and built-in compliance.

Worthy.ai’s AI-powered compliance system reviews every created asset before it goes live, evaluating each ad against regulatory rules, brand guidelines, and historical campaign learnings, reducing the compliance risk that Worthy.ai said has limited broader adoption of AI in real-money gaming marketing.

“Gaming operators have been locked out of AI-powered creative because the compliance risk is too high,” said Worthy.ai co-founder David Raphael, who is the former Director of Digital Marketing at FanDuel. “We built a multi-model review pipeline that evaluates every asset against brand, performance, and regulatory rules before it ever goes live. On TikTok, that means our partners can run hundreds of dynamic variations powered by real-time data, at lower CPMs, without the compliance exposure that’s kept this industry on the sidelines.”

Worthy.ai was founded in March 2025 and has developed technology that uses AI to generate and optimize ad creative and user acquisition campaigns for several leading real-money gaming operators. Its TikTok Dynamic Ads feature allows operators to inject live odds, matchups, and promotions into every ad, which are refreshed every 10 minutes via the operator’s Application Programming Interface (API).

Worthy.ai says the product is designed to help marketers broaden the variety of their creative, adapt faster to changing events, and improve performance in a highly regulated category. The company says that it applies the right framework for each state, so an operator’s ads are always compliant.

Over the past year, Worthy.ai has been in beta mode with several leading U.S. real-money gaming platforms. Early adopters of Worthy.ai’s TikTok Dynamic Ads have reported a 45% reduction in cost per first-time depositor.

In addition to ad creative generation and campaign optimization, the company also offers AI-enabled user acquisition financing, allowing partners to scale high-performing campaigns more efficiently. Now, with its latest TikTok launch, it intends to give real-money gaming operators a way to activate one of the fastest-growing acquisition channels with dynamic creative built for the realities of a regulated market.
