theScore Bet is bringing a new VIP experience to the CP Women’s Open golf event when it tees off at the Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club next week called theScore Bet Greenside Lounge.

For the first time, select holes around the CP Women’s Open – which will be played August 25-28 – will feature reserved, front-row seating for the operator’s players, providing “comfortable shaded seating, VIP amenities, and unobstructed views” of the 11th, 13th, and 14th greens.

theScore Bet’s patrons will be shuttled across the course to one of the reserved, on-the-ropes, Greenside Lounge seating areas. The experience also features a VIP host and complimentary refreshments under covered tenting.

“The newly created theScore Bet Greenside Lounge expands our event hospitality by bringing all the amenities of a VIP space right to the edge of the green,” commented Aubrey Levy, Senior Vice President of Content and Marketing, theScore Bet.

“The Lounges provide an opportunity to comfortably watch an exciting field that includes many Canadian golfers from the best seats on the course, all without having to arrive early or wait in line. We’re proud to support the CP Women’s Open and bring this experience to life with our partner, Golf Canada.”

Alongside the greenside experience, theScore Bet will host a Members Lounge exclusive to its users on the 17th fairway as part of The Rink, a fan zone of Canada’s Open Championships.

The Members Lounge will feature complimentary food and beverages, charging stations, and TVs to keep fans up to date with the tournament. A Bet Mode Putting Challenge will also take place, giving fans a chance to use their putting skills to win branded prizes.

theScore Bet’s partnership with Golf Canada

theScore Bet’s sponsorship of the CP Women’s Open is part of its multi-year partnership with Golf Canada, where the operator is given category-exclusive sponsorship rights across the governing body’s high-profile events and national championships.

The partnership also includes sponsorship of the RBC Canadian Open, which the operator also provided a unique viewing experience for, lifting fans up to 100 feet above the golf championship.

Golf Canada Chief Commercial Officer, John Sibley, added: “Golf Canada is proud to partner with theScore Bet and excited for spectators to enjoy an elevated fan experience in their Greenside Lounge.

“The 2022 CP Women’s Open at Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club will see the return of world-class LPGA Tour golf to our Nation’s Capital, and we look forward to supporting theScore Bet in providing golf fans with an immersive, VIP experience.”

Back in June, SBC Americas spoke to Aubrey Levy about several different topics including theScore Bet’s unique customer experiences and partnerships and the operator’s experience of the past year since single-event sports betting was legalized in Canada.
