CRM and AI cloud solutions firm Symplify has improved its service for land-based casinos, particularly aimed at the North American market.
Following an analysis of market demands, Symplify has developed a suite of new products in one release as it aims to further its interests in the North American casino space.
Placing a focus on Geolocation products, the firm has launched AI Engagement Optimizer, which partners can use to engage with customers at physical premises using locational data.
It notes that casinos can use this to upsell and prolong customers’ stay at the live venue using real-time trigger messaging, as well as giving casino partners the opportunity to send incentive offers at the same time that the AI alerts that customer interest is waning.
Symplify also noted another real-life use for the AI Engagement Optimizer as offering a complimentary dinner voucher to affect the customer’s ability to stay on site. It detailed that such use of data in land-based casinos can help bring a ‘new area of digitalization’ to the casino industry.
