Esports horse racing firm Oly Sport has linked with Betswap.gg to produce the first horse racing NFT game to the BSGG platform.
Under the provisions of the deal, Oly Sports – a firm that focuses on the metaverse – will use its API data integration on the BSGG platform so users can watch live races and place wagers without having to own a horse in the Oly Sports metaverse.
“To continue evolving and meeting the needs of our esports community, we are thrilled to announce our very first partnership with a betting platform,” commented Jimmy Chan, CEO of Oly Sport.
“This partnership underscores our commitment to bringing the traditional horse racing industry to the metaverse.”
Oly Sport is one of the first horse racing metaverse games using NFTs to reward players with virtual land and in-game land.
The firm raised $2.3m in tokens during November 2021 and has hosted over 4000 races to date, one every 20 minutes.
