Xtremepush, a customer data and engagement platform, has announced a new partnership with the gamification technology platform Thunderbite.
The agreement will allow Thunderbite to offer ‘real-time rewards and incentives based on specific campaign triggers’, as well as utilize the Xtremepush platform to ‘drive customer engagement’ via push notifications and personalized communications.
Additionally, Thunderbite is able to benefit from Xtremepush’s ability to unify data into a single customer view to ‘engage with lapsed players based on their gaming preferences, driving engagement and deposits’.

As part of the deal, Xtremepush and Thunderbite will also collaborate to offer an end-to-end user journey range, allowing their respective clients to increase active users and daily deposits.

Earlier this month, Xtremepush agreed to a North American-focused partnership with Strive Gaming.
