International Game Technology (IGT) has expanded the reach of its PlayDigital PlayShot QuickBet kiosk technology to The New Meadowlands Racetrack in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Customers will be able to place a range of bets via the 14 kiosks, made possible through the IGT partnership with the FanDuel sportsbook.

“PlayShot’s flexible and fully integrable design enabled FanDuel to incorporate IGT PlayDigital’s PlayShot QuickBet kiosks into its world-class sportsbook ecosystem at The New Meadowlands Racetrack,” commented Enrico Drago, IGT Senior Vice President IGT PlayDigital.

“The self-service kiosks deliver the same high-quality user experience as the FanDuel website and mobile apps, and feature real-time pricing updates for a full range of markets to give players at The New Meadowlands Racetrack the best possible betting experience.”

The FanDuel sportsbook will be the first venue in New Jersey to roll out IGT’s end-to-end PlayShot solution, which has the ability to offer mobile, over-the-counter and terminal-based betting opportunities.

FanDuel is among the largest operators in New Jersey, having generated over $7m in revenue in January.

IGT has recently expanded its footprint to South Dakota after obtaining a seven-year deal with the South Dakota Lottery via its subsidiary IGT Global Solutions. IGT will provide the state lottery with an updated central system, business intelligence tools, new POS and self-service terminals, ongoing maintenance and retailer training.
