Sportsbook and iGaming platform provider Amelco and Class II mobile game supplier Boing Gaming have teamed up to bring mobile gaming content to tribal operators.
The two companies announced a partnership on Monday wherein Amelco and new-to-market Boing Gaming will offer a full player account management (PAM) solution and a range of Boing’s real-money mobile games to Amelco’s Indian gaming operator partners across the U.S., including Florida’s Seminole Tribe and the Quapaw Nation in Arkansas.
What will Amelco and Boing Gaming offer tribal operators?
Amelco runs a modular platform that it says integrates well with a Class II tribal gaming framework, under which tribes can offer products like electronic bingo and non-banked card games under their own authority and National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) oversight. That contrasts with Class III gaming such as casino gambling and sports betting, for which tribal state gaming compacts are needed under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA).
Meanwhile, Boing Gaming was founded in 2024 as a turnkey Class II Mobile Gaming platform that was designed specifically to help tribal operators extend the gaming offerings beyond the casino floor.
The partners said that their collaboration gives tribal operators a scalable turnkey integration to offer Class II Mobile Gaming experiences to customers at their gaming venues or on-reservation.
“Boing Gaming has built a high-performing Class II portfolio, and the team’s deep understanding of the tribal space makes them an ideal content partner,” said Amelco Head of Business Development Brandon Walker. “Expanding our Class II capabilities ensures we continue giving our partners the specialist, sovereign-compliant tools they need. As we head into G2E, integrating Boing’s games is another major step in delivering a truly tailored offering for North American tribal enterprises.”
Boing Gaming CEO Lance Gerlach added that tribal gaming operators have a significant opportunity to capture digital gaming market share.
“There is tremendous momentum behind Class II mobile gaming right now, and delivering our games via Amelco’s platform provides the perfect technical foundation to scale together,” he said. “We look forward to introducing our content to more tribal operators and expanding our footprint alongside one of the industry’s best technology suppliers.”
Amelco sees interesting developments in tribal gaming
Amelco offers an in-house proprietary sportsbook, multi-state wallet capability, bespoke apps, and a portfolio of more than 100,000 online casino games. It already does business in 17 states and tribal jurisdictions and recently added new regions such as the new Canadian provincial market of Alberta to its footprint.

In the U.S., it has long-term relationships with tribal nations including the Quapaw Nation in Arkansas and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and works with prominent commercial operators such as:
- BetMGM co-parent Entain
- Fanatics Betting and Gaming
- FanDuel owner Flutter Entertainment
- Hard Rock Bet
While the commercial partners are big names, Walker told SBC Americas in June that he believes tribal gaming is where some of the most interesting product conversations are happening in the industry.
“There are tribal casinos that are highly profitable retail operations with no urgency to move online, and that is a perfectly rational position,” he added. “But for those ready to make the transition, the technology has to make it feel seamless rather than disruptive … The catalyst is the younger generation. The younger generations within tribal communities will increasingly realize they risk being left behind, seeing their market share and profits eroded.
“Players are on their phones constantly, and they expect an entertainment-led experience in line with the seamless navigation found in giants like Netflix, TikTok and Instagram. We can deliver that same experience – with our award-winning bespoke apps, built for the world’s biggest betting brands, as well as our next-level AI and personalization, ensuring each player’s gaming experience is unique.”
