DraftKings is rewarding its online casino customers through the launch of Flex Spins, a new rewards feature available in the company’s portfolio of licensed online casino markets.

Flex Spins allows customers to redeem free online casino spins offered by the operator and use them across a collection of over 100 gaming titles. By comparison, free spins offered by traditional online casinos only allow players to use free spins on one particular game.

DraftKings’ new feature diversifies the company’s reward system without requiring its players to be tied to a particular game when leveraging promotions awarded by the operator.

“We’re thrilled to introduce Flex Spins, a new exclusive slot rewards mechanic that underscores DraftKings’ commitment to innovation and personalization,” said DraftKings Executive Vice President and General Manager of iGaming Christian Bogstrand.

“At DraftKings, we’re focused on delivering greater variety, flexibility and compelling new offerings for our customers, and Flex Spins represent the latest step in enhancing the DraftKings Casino experience.”

DraftKings players can access Flex Spins by wagering real money with the operator’s online casino platform. Each Flex Spin awarded by DraftKings has a value that ranges between 10 cents and 20 cents, with the rewards only available for use within 24 hours of issuance.

Any winning wagers won through using Flex Spins are distributed as bonus bets. The rewards feature does not allow players to withdraw winnings for cash rewards.

DraftKings is celebrating the launch of Flex Spins by offering customers the chance to win a share of 100 million Flex Spins by wagering daily with DraftKings Casino. The operator is providing players with the chance to win a share of Flex Spins until March 29.

Recent product enhancements for DraftKings

DraftKings is offering a new rewards feature as the company prepares to consolidate its online offerings through the launch of a new “super app,” DraftKings Sports & Casino.

The app will house DraftKings’ online sportsbook, online casino, prediction market platform DraftKings Predictions and Jackpocket, the company’s online lottery product.

DraftKings will continue to operate a standalone platform for its daily fantasy offerings.

DraftKings Sports & Casino will offer a single account and wallet for players, allowing for an easy transition between the gaming verticals housed within the app. However, access to certain verticals on the DraftKings Sports & Casino app will vary from state to state.

The operator currently offers online sports wagering in 26 regulated jurisdictions in the U.S.

Its prediction market product is available in 47 states, but the company only offers sports event contract trading in 17 states where it does not offer state-sanctioned sports betting. DraftKings Sports & Casino will be made available on a roll-out basis in 2026. ESPN also collaborated with DraftKings to improve the user experience for players.

As part of their partnership, ESPN and DraftKings are allowing account holders of both platforms to link their accounts to provide users with a more personalized experience. DraftKings and ESPN teamed up in December 2025, making DraftKings the official sportsbook and odds provider of ESPN. The two companies forged the partnership after PENN Entertainment and ESPN dissolved their partnership to operate ESPN Bet.
