Casino games provider Play’n GO has secured its sixth U.S. state license by gaining approval in Delaware and will enter the state with Rush Street Interactive’s BetRivers.

BetRivers is the online gaming monopolist in Delaware, having replaced 888 as the Delaware Lottery’s iGaming provider last year. It already works with a wide range of online casino suppliers, including Evolution, AGS, White Hat Gaming and Bragg Gaming.

Play’n GO’s license will give it unfettered access to the state’s online casino player base.

“It’s fantastic to begin the year by adding yet another new regulated market in the US, this time in the shape of Delaware,” said Play’n GO’s U.S. head, Anna Mackney. “Our expansion into the state marks yet another significant step in our US growth strategy. Play’n GO continues to lead the charge in regulated markets, and we are committed to delivering our premium content to players across the country.

“We’ve already established an excellent relationship with BetRivers across the U.S. and we are confident that our partnership will continue to be mutually beneficial to both businesses as we enter yet another new market together. U.S. players have clearly demonstrated their demand for our games, and we will continue to deliver.”

Play’n GO is already live in five states. It added Pennsylvania and Connecticut to its list of regulated markets in 2024, boosting a U.S. footprint that already included West Virginia, New Jersey and Michigan.

As well as BetRivers, it works with operators including BetMGM, bet365 and Hard Rock Bet in those markets. In October 2024, it struck a multi-jurisdictional deal with DraftKings.
