B2B online gaming software provider EveryMatrix has named Kevin Furlong as its new Group Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Furlong will have overarching responsibility for product strategy across all the supplier’s multiple business units and will work across all casino, sports, platform, affiliate and payments products including CasinoEngine, OddsMatrix, GamMatrix, PartnerMatrix and MoneyMatrix.

He will lead the Group’s product design, delivery and output, co-ordinating with EveryMatrix business unit CPOs to ensure the best possible results for its 300+ global customers and partners.

The executive has two decades of experience working in the gaming industry. He was most recently Director of Product at Entain for four years until last December. While in that role, he led the development and delivery of Entain’s proprietary platform across 27 brands including BetMGM, Bwin, PartyPoker/Casino and many more. His areas of focus included Player Account Management, wallet, CRM, and customer services.

Furlong has also previously held senior roles at the likes of Bwin and Paddy Power. At EveryMatrix, he will report to Group CEO and co-founder Ebbe Groes and brings with him a proven record of success in product development, online business management and large-scale technology mergers.

“EveryMatrix aims to service the largest and most discerning operators on the planet,” said Groes. “More than two-thirds of our revenue is generated from tier one operators today. To do this successfully we must constantly improve the talent inside the company. Kevin has outstanding industry experience working with some of the largest operators so we’re naturally delighted to have someone of his calibre join us as we continue to accelerate our growth. Kevin will be instrumental in developing an even better experience for all our customers.”

“I’m delighted to join the EveryMatrix management team and focus my attention on some of the best products in the industry today,” added Furlong. “The business is on a rapid growth curve and we have some ambitious but achievable plans to come which I’m excited to be part of.

“My role is to bring all our products together to give our customers and their players the best possible experience. We already do this in so many ways, but we know we can do so much more with the proprietary technology, knowledge and expertise we have at our disposal within the Group.”

EveryMatrix engages new LoyaltyEngine gamification suite

Last week, EveryMatrix boosted its array of offerings by launching LoyaltyEngine, a cross-vertical suite of tools that aims to empower gaming operators to fuel player engagement, retention and lifetime value.

LoyaltyEngine allows operators to easily configure levels, set earnings rules for experience points (XP) and coins and configure prizes for any campaign across any gaming vertical. The ultimate goal is to further motivate players to earn rewards. It also provides access to real-time player behavior analytics and insights to allow EveryMatrix’s customers to identify high-value players and make data-driven decisions to optimize loyalty strategies.

It has been integrated with EveryMatrix’s 30,500+ games and 330+ game studio partnerships.

That move came two months after the company announced its flagship casino product, CasinoEngine, had eclipsed six billion monthly game rounds and exceeded $6.5 million in monthly turnover as of June 2024.

EveryMatrix also put the accelerated rate of growth down to a combination of increasing existing customer revenues by a significant margin, adding new vendors and launching with new operator partners including DraftKingsGolden Nugget Online GamingBetMGM and Rush Street Interactive.

The company has expanded its U.S. reach in recent months, receiving a license to operate in Pennsylvania in February via a deal with betPARX and signing its first exclusive U.S. content aggregation partnership with DraftKings in May to provide Supremeland Gaming‘s content to the operator in New Jersey. It subsequently struck a deal with Golden Nugget to provide casino content in Michigan and New Jersey.
