Captain Up and Gamanza secure partnerships with Optimove

Optimove is bolstering its portfolio of partners with a pair of new deals.

The CRM marketing solutions provider has announced partnerships with Captain Up and Gamanza Engage, two companies that specialize in gamification and player engagement platforms. As part of the deals, Optimove will bring its AI-orchestrated gamification capabilities to iGaming and sports betting operators that leverage its services. It aims to increase retention rates and deeper player engagement for Capitan Up and Gamanza.

“These partnerships are the first to deliver a best-of-breed approach for powerful personalized gamification experiences. iGaming and sports betting operators now have more than just gamification; they now have AI-orchestrated gamification as part of the entire player journey and experience,” said Optimove CEO Pini Yakuel. “iGaming and sports betting operators will be able to keep their players engaged at levels that, until now, were not possible.”

The partnerships will see Captain Up and Gamanza have real-time gamification events synchronized with Optimove with AI-based optimization to drive improvement. Optimove will allow Captain Up and Gamanza to leverage OptiBot, its AI marketing assistant.

Optimove adds to roster

Optimove’s new partnerships add to recent efforts to expand the company’s reach.

Earlier this year, Optimove secured a strategic partnership with iGaming platform provider 4Play Gaming. The deal allows 4Play to improve operational efficiency and user experiences for licensed operators. It also makes Optimove 4Play’s main CRM provider with the company providing personalized player interactions while boosting engagement.

4Play offers fixed free services compared to revenue-sharing models. The operational structure provides clients with transparency and smaller annual revenue adjustments.
