The states with Fanatics Sportsbooks now number 14 with the launch of the brand in Indiana on Tuesday.

This was a state that previously offered PointsBet Sportsbook, but the transition of the license is now complete. Accordingly, existing PointsBet customers in the state have now had their username, account and balance transferred over to Fanatics Sportsbook.

Fanatics Sportsbook has access in the state of Indiana through a partnership with the Penn Entertainment property Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg.

This is the third state this month for Fanatics, which rolled out Iowa earlier in the month and debuted both a sports betting and a casino product in Michigan last week. The group is also on track to debut in North Carolina on March 11 when the online betting market is set to open for the first time.

There are now just a handful of states left for Fanatics to rebrand from PointsBet. The biggest market left to switch is New York but Louisiana, Wyoming and New Jersey currently remain under the PointsBet brand. In Kansas, the PointsBet: A Fanatics Experience brand is still in use.

Fanatics completed the acquisition of PointsBet at the end of August last year but some states have required more regulatory approvals than others in terms of transferring the license and rebranding the sportsbook. Once all the transitions are complete and North Carolina is launched, the Fanatics brand will be in 20 different markets.
