Tipico has signed a deal with Wazdan for the supply of online casino content for its igaming platform in New Jersey.
Under the terms of the deal, Tipico will take Wazdan slot titles such as 9 Coins, Sun of Fortune, Hot Slot Mystery Jackpot Joker, and Magic Spins live on its New Jersey casino platform, becoming the third operator to do so after Rush Street Interactive and DraftKings.
Furthermore, Wazdan will provide the operator with one of its most popular titles, Power of God: Hades, which it states has been “hugely popular” among players in the Garden State.
A spokesperson for Tipico New Jersey said: “Wazdan’s games have proven time and again to be popular with players in New Jersey, so we’re naturally delighted to be able to offer them to our customers.
“With bold themes, engaging genres, and an array of engagement tools that are clear fan favourites, we’re very happy to be offering these and look forward to our player’s reactions.”
The deal is facilitated by Light & Wonder, as its OpenGaming platform will provide the technical capabilities to integrate the games into the platform.
Wazdan is using this deal to continue its growth in New Jersey after the successes of its first two deals. It is aiming to establish itself in the US’s most mature online casino market and it comes off the back of a “strong commercial year.”
