NeoGames has reinforced its commitment to fair and transparent sporting competition after becoming an associate member of the United Lotteries for Integrity in Sports (ULIS).

ULIS – formerly known as the Global Lottery Monitoring System – is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the integrity of sports by preventing match-fixing and corruption.

As an associate member, NeoGames will have access to a network of resources and people that will help to protect and improve its sports betting offerings.

Ensuring that its sportsbook operations are “in line with industry standards and regulations”, NeoGames will be able to consult a global arsenal of experts on integrity matters.

The ilottery and gaming technology company – which is currently the subject of a $1.2bn buyout from Aristocrat – operates the BtoBet sports betting platform brand which supplies sportsbook products to global operators.

The firm noted that becoming a member of ULIS marks an “important milestone” in its history as it aims to reinforce its position in the ilottery market across the globe as well as expand the BtoBet brand’s perception.

Moti Malul, CEO of NeoGames, commented: “We are honored to join ULIS and contribute to its mission of promoting integrity in sports. We believe that sports betting should be fair and transparent, and we are committed to upholding these values in all our operations.

“We look forward to working with ULIS and its members to create a safer and more secure sports betting environment.”
