GAMING1 has grown its compliance agreement with Maxima Compliance into new markets in the US.
Maxima Compliance, the technical compliance firm of ComplianceOne Group, has been partnered with GAMING1 since 2021.
Growing on their relationship, Maxima Compliance will now provide tech and expertise to GAMING1 under the new deal to help them enter new regulated states quickly.
“We’ve worked closely with Maxima Compliance for several years now across multiple regulated jurisdictions, so we knew we wanted them by our side as we expand in the US,” commented Thibaut Collard, Chief Compliance Officer at GAMING1.

With the expansion of their partnership in the US, Maxima Compliance is now the global compliance partner of GAMING1.

Last April, GAMING1 and Delaware North launched their joint venture virtual sportsbook Betly on Southland Casino Racing’s online platform in Arkansas.
