Optimove seals CRM marketing partnership with bet365

Optimove has agreed to a partnership with bet365, where it will supply its CRM marketing solution to the online sports betting brand.

Utilizing AI-mapped CRM journeys, Optimove will help bet365 boost its CRM marketing campaigns to “scale and manage hundreds of player segments, orchestrate real-time and scheduled multichannel campaigns, and measure the incremental value of each player interaction”.

Using a Customer Data Platform, Optimove assists marketing teams in building, testing, and optimizing hundreds of CRM campaigns weekly with direct access to their customer data. 

The marketing solution helps brands reach their customers with the “right message on the right channel by personalizing thousands of campaigns to hundreds of segments” before using the firm’s AI-driven solutions autonomously to decide what to do next for each customer, rather than mapping every customer journey out manually.   

Optimove’s CRM marketing platform will allow bet365 to benefit from “enriched customer profiles” to create a comprehensive single customer view, “multichannel personalization and orchestration” to deliver multi-channel customer communications, and a “continuous optimization loop” to optimize CRM marketing performance.

Last month, Optimove agreed to a similar CRM marketing deal with Light & Wonder.
