bet365 has partnered with gaming solutions provider 1/ST TECHNOLOGY to power its U.S. horse racing offerings via the 1/ST BET product.

1/ST, which offers pari-mutuel and fixed-odds wagering solutions, has been chosen as the partner to help launch bet365’s Advance Deposit Wagering (ADW) on horse racing in U.S. jurisdictions where ADW is legal.

The ADW option uses AI-assisted tools to analyze the current horseracing market as players deposit funds into their accounts, presenting data such as past performance and results and suggested selections for players based on AI algorithms.

The tool will be available through bet365 on both desktop and mobile platforms with the aim of delivering an intuitive and extensive horse racing gambling experience.

1/ST BET is the official betting platform of racing venues and events including:

  • Santa Anita Park
  • Gulfstream Park
  • Golden Gate Fields
  • Maryland Jockey Club
  • Preakness Stakes
  • Pegasus World Cup Championship Invitational Series
  • California Crown

As well as 1/ST BET, 1/ST TECHNOLOGY’s suite includes the Xpressbet, Monarch Content Management and AmTote International brands that are currently operating at North American venues including Saratoga Race Course, Belmont Park, Aqueduct and Woodbine.

Keith Johnson, Chief Revenue Officer, 1/ST TECHNOLOGY, said: “This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with one of the premier brands in sports betting and for 1/ST BET to showcase its best-in-class pari-mutuel horse racing wagering experience to bet365’s customers,” said 1/ST TECHNOLOGY Chief Revenue Officer Keith Johnson.

“We’re delighted to partner with 1/ST TECHNOLOGY in a milestone announcement for bet365. The partnership marks a significant advancement in our US expansion, showcasing our commitment to innovation and customer experience,” added a bet365 spokesperson.

Partnership follows similar moves for both parties

1/ST TECHNOLOGY already supplies ADW solutions around horse racing for other partners in the U.S. market, including a deal with PointsBet announced in October 2022 which launched 1/ST BET online wagering with PointsBet’s U.S. subsidiary Premier Turf Club. At that time, PointsBet called the deal a first-of-its-kind agreement with a U.S. tier-one sports betting operator to offer ADW.

Meanwhile, bet365, which launched sports betting in Indiana and Arizona in 2024, has already recently expanded its horse betting offerings by signing a deal with SIS last month to launch fixed-odds horse race betting in Colorado.
