MGM Resorts has ‘strengthened’ its commitment to US baseball as it put pen to paper on a multi-year deal with MLB Players Inc, giving the group branding and marketing rights to the players’ association’s business division.
Becoming an Official Partner of MLB Players, MGM will gain access to the association’s group rights across its print and digital marketing material and sweepstakes in the US, China and Japan.
Furthermore, the gambling group will become a participating partner of MLB Players’ Players House hospitality space at the annual ‘All-Star game, whilst also becoming an ‘official offseason destination’ of MLB PLayers that provides MLB Players’ benefits for staying at MGM properties.

Meanwhile, the partnership ensures that MGM Properties serve as the host locations for several MLB player-related events, on top of the annual All-Star game.

Finally, MLB Players will enter individual ambassador agreements to promote MGM Resorts through appearances at properties, social media posts, signed memorabilia and advertisements.
