Fubo Gaming, a subsidiary of fuboTV Inc, has announced a market access agreement with the Cleveland Cavaliers, making Fubo Sportsbook an official mobile sports betting partner of the NBA team when the sportsbook launches in Ohio, pending requisite regulatory approvals.
The announcement builds on Fubo’s current marketing partnership with the Cavs and it comes as the Buckeye State goes through the process of drafting regulation for sports betting to go live no later than January 1, 2023. Fubo Sportsbook will launch its wagering platform in Ohio soon, pending regulatory approvals.
As part of the partnership, a 3,000 sq. ft. sports lounge will open inside Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, home of the Cavs.
The lounge will serve as a game-day destination for fans with Fubo Sportsbook incentives and special bonus offers, as well as a space to watch NBA games and other sporting events.

Launching in Q4 2021, Fubo Sportsbook is live in two states – Iowa and Arizona – and is an industry-first integration of an owned-and-operated sports wagering platform with a live TV streaming experience.
This deal is also Fubo Gaming’s seventh market access agreement, as it has deals in place in Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
