Sightline Payments has announced the launch of its JOINGO mobile loyalty platform at the Indigo Sky Casino & Resort, Oklahoma in Q1 of this year.
Leveraging JOINGO’s integration with the IGT Advantage casino management system, the Indigo Sky-branded app will feature mobile marketing tools offering a ‘unified experience from the convenience of their iOS or Android devices’.
Utilizing the app’s features, Indigo Sky can boost its customer engagement with ‘modern, mobile-driven marketing’. Furthermore, the platform can be synchronized with Indigo Sky’s casino and non-gaming management systems, allowing the property to deliver automated, real-time marketing messages to players’ mobile devices with personalized Go Rewards Club activations.

Last year, Sightline Payments linked with IGT to advance cashless gaming technology through the latter’s IGT Pay and Resort Wallet systems, a partnership that now encompasses Sightlines’ JOINGO loyalty app.
The launch of JOINGO with Indigo Sky marks Sightline’s inaugural product launch since the IGT deal.
