Bally’s Corporation has confirmed that it has acquired the provider of real-time audience engagement solutions for live events, Telescope Inc.
According to the firm, the acquisition will improve its offering to customers, allowing them to interact with the games and ‘have an integrated experience that allows them to engage on a multitude of platforms and channels’.
The acquisition comes as the company looks to diversify its demographic by targeting younger customers. Engagement tools such as real-time interactivity and social experiences, incorporated into the Telescope platform, Bally’s claims, will help to appeal to younger igaming customers.

Telescope’s platform encourages immersion on a mass-scale by increasing participation initiatives across most digital platforms. The company holds six Guinness World Records and has been nominated for Emmy awards, amongst other achievements, making it attractive to buyers such as Bally’s.
