Affiliate site BonusFinder.com has launched in Illinois, just 24 hours after the state fast-tracked sports betting regulation due to the Covid-19 lockdown. The launch marks the firm’s sixth state entry alongside its five existing state licenses and is its third US opening of 2020.

Founded in 2019 with a vision to transform how the affiliate sector creates, captures, and converts traffic into profitable returning customers, with a player-centric and brand-driven approach, BonusFinder.com claims to be making solid in-roads in the rapidly growing US market.

In April it was granted a license to operate in West Virginia – its fifth US affiliate license in less than a year, and just two weeks after Colorado regulators gave the site its stamp of approval. Other licenses include New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.

Three months after launching the state’s first retail bet, the Bet Rivers Sportsbook launched online and mobile sports betting in Illinois allowing customers to register from home instead of a physical bricks and mortar casino. Illinois becomes the 18th state to regulate sports betting since the repeal of PASPA in August 2018.

Managing Director Fintan Costello said: “As more states open their doors to online and mobile betting and gaming we’re moving fast in the US and I’m delighted with our progress so far this year.

“Just a few weeks after launching in West Virginia and Colorado, we’re ready for the first customers in Illinois. It’s ideal timing as live sports begin to return across the US, and if activity is anything like other newly regulated states then I’m very excited for the coming months ahead.”

“Our aim is to help players ‘play with more’ within a safe and responsible environment. We’re live in six states and are presenting millions of players with the optimum sports betting and gaming options before they commit to opening a new online betting account.”
