PrizePicks is solidifying its footprint in motorsports behind a partnership with one of IndyCar’s premier racing teams.

On Thursday, the Atlanta-based gaming company announced a deal with Arrow McLaren IndyCar to become an official partner of the race team. The agreement provides PrizePicks with access to one of the largest motorsports competitions in the world, while extending its ties to the sport, having previously secured partnerships with stock car giant NASCAR.

“At PrizePicks, everything we do is about bringing fans closer to the sports they love,” said PrizePicks Senior Vice President of Partnerships Joey Molko.

“Partnering with McLaren Racing—the most iconic team in motorsports—lets us take that mission to the track. We are excited to work together to connect fans with motorsports in totally new and innovative ways that only PrizePicks and McLaren can deliver”.

As part of its deal with Arrow McLaren, PrizePicks will have a branding presence during one of the largest sporting events in the world, the Indianapolis 500. The pact makes PrizePicks the primary partner for Ryan Hunter-Reay’s team for the 110th running of the “Greatest Spectacle in Racing” next month at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Arrow McLaren will unveil Hunter-Reay’s PrizePicks-branded car on May 12 for opening practice.

“I’m psyched to work with PrizePicks and the No. 31 Arrow McLaren Chevrolet team,” said Hunter-Reay. “PrizePicks is a creative and innovative group that will bring a breath of fresh air and fanbase with them to the Indy 500 and IndyCar racing”.

PrizePicks’ partnership with McLaren also extends to the company’s Formula 1 team.

Drivers for McLaren’s F1 team will have PrizePicks logos placed across their cars during this weekend’s Miami Grand Prix. Arrow McLaren cars outside of Reay’s will also have logos.

PrizePicks is also a partner of another marquee motorsports organization, NASCAR.

In 2023, PrizePicks and NASCAR agreed to a multiyear deal centered around fantasy sports. It made PrizePicks an official fantasy sports partner of NASCAR. Since PrizePicks and NASCAR inked the deal, PrizePicks has entered the prediction market space.

The partnerships with NASCAR and Arrow McLaren do not include prediction markets.

PrizePicks scores NBA deal

Arrow McLaren and PrizePicks are teaming up after PrizePicks landed a deal with the NBA.

Earlier this month, PrizePicks became an official daily fantasy sports partner of the NBA through a multiyear deal. The agreement also allows PrizePicks and the NBA to collaborate to launch promotional campaigns and advertise across digital and media channels.

PrizePicks is also provided with rights to integrate NBA intellectual property into its DFS and free-to-play products. The rights include the use of NBA team, league and event marks.
