The Kansas Lottery is leveraging the services of a British lottery supplier to provide players across the state with access to a new portfolio of eInstant games.
The Kansas Lottery announced that it has agreed to a multi-year contract with Instant Win Gaming (IWG) to bolster the operations of its iLottery program, which debuted last year. As part of the pact, IWG is providing lottery players in Kansas with access to its entire library of eInstant games.
IWG is bringing a collection of eInstant games to Kansas that are inspired by retail lottery offerings, including online lottery games that are developed using retail scratch mechanics.
“As we evaluated partners for our long-term eInstant strategy, IWG stood out for their willingness to embrace our specific game requirements and their ability to consistently deliver highly engaging content within the boundaries we set,” said Kansas Lottery Executive Director Stephen Durrell. “Their experience transforming retail scratch styles into successful digital formats made this partnership an easy decision.”
IWG’s partnership with the Kansas Lottery brings its total reach to nine U.S. markets. In addition to the Kansas Lottery, IWG’s services are integrated into a gaming platform powered by Pollard Banknote.
In 2024, the Kansas Lottery hired Pollard Banknote to power its iLottery operations that are supported by the Pollard Catalyst Gaming Platform. In February 2025, Pollard Banknote used the platform to bring online lottery gaming to Kansas for the very first time. Pollard Banknote initially launched its services in Kansas with nine eInstant games. The company also provided Kansas players with access to draw-based games, including Powerball.
In addition to games, Pollard Banknote is also offering its loyalty program in Kansas.
“This is another important milestone for IWG as we continue to support the growth of iLottery programs across North America,” said IWG Executive Vice President Jason Lisiecki. “Kansas Lottery’s strategic focus on bringing proven scratch mechanics into the digital channel aligns perfectly with our leadership in this space. We look forward to delivering a steady stream of compelling eInstants tailored to Kansas players, and to helping the Lottery scale engagement in the months ahead.”
IWG brings a new offering to Georgia
IWG continued to build on its existing operations in North America by partnering with the Georgia Lottery Corporation in 2025 to launch Mega Money Jackpots, a new multi-state eInstant progressive jackpot. The offering provides players in the Peach State with the opportunity to win jackpots that exceed $1 million. IWG debuted its multi-state eInstant progressive jackpot offering in 2023, and two years later, the company delivered the largest eInstant prize in U.S. iLottery history by awarding a North Carolina player with $6.7 million.
IWG also offers the jackpots in Kentucky, Virginia, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.
