Genius Sports and Hard Rock Bet expanded a long-term partnership to include a product integration providing players with real-time statistics and live betting markets.

On Monday, Genius Sports reached a deal with Hard Rock Bet to deliver its BetVision product to the operator, along with its official data and trading solutions. The expanded partnership builds on a relationship forged in 2021 between the two companies. That year, Genius Sports signed a pact to provide official data to Hard Rock Digital for a slew of leagues.

The competitions included the NFL, the Premier League, Liga MX and Serie A.

“By providing Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook with the highest quality official data and immersive live viewing modes across the world’s biggest sports leagues, Genius Sports is supercharging the live betting experience,” said Genius Sports Executive Vice President of North America Sean Conroy. “We’re excited to roll out the latest version of BetVision across Serie A and the NFL, providing a compelling platform for fans to watch and bet on live matches.”

Genius Sports’ BetVision product provides low-latency streaming of live sports events and allows players to build wagers based on the competitions. In addition to Hard Rock Bet, Genius Sports provides BetVision to FanDuel, landing a deal with the operator in 2023.

Caesars and Fanatics also leverage BetVision’s technology.

Genius Sports extends partnership with NFL

Earlier this year, Genius Sports announced an extension of its technology pact with the NFL, keeping the London-based company as the exclusive distributor of official league data.

The deal allows Genius Sports to provide data to sportsbooks and media brands. It also includes official NFL play-by-play statistics from the league’s Next Gen Stats platform.

America’s most popular sports league and Genius Sports agreed to an extension that runs through to Super Bowl 2030. The NFL and Genius Sports signed an initial data distribution deal in 2021. The six-year agreement was valued at roughly $120 million.

Sportradar was the NFL’s previous data distributor, paying the league $20 million annually.
