Global gaming provider PureWager Group has entered into a strategic partnership with advisory and investment firm SCCG Management with a view to accelerating its expansion in the U.S. and beyond.
Sportsbook and online casino operator PureWager says it is purpose-built for regulated U.S. markets. It expects to go live in Michigan in Q4 2025 and is targeting four additional states by Q2 2026.
As it prepares for a national rollout of its proprietary platform in regulated and sovereign markets across the U.S., it intends to leverage SCCG’s market expertise, regulatory insights and localized commercialization strategies across key regions, including the U.S. and Latin America.
PureWager said in a release that SCCG’s on-the-ground networks will accelerate its licensing and deployment in high-growth markets, beginning with the U.S. and select international markets by 2026. The companies will work together on developing region-specific content, payment solutions and responsible gaming tools to enhance accessibility and compliance.
SCCG’s management expertise will also optimize PureWager’s platform integration with local operators and regulators.
PureWager offers a vertically integrated model that combines a gaming platform with BoscaSports’ retail solutions. It has its own proprietary tech stack, including a Player Account Management system, sportsbook engine and online casino platform, and is developing its own native mobile app.
The company is “actively negotiating” partnerships across North America and the Caribbean for both online and retail sportsbook deployments, offering turnkey solutions to tribal and commercial operators.
It will now integrate SCCG’s global execution engine to deliver speed to market, culturally tailored gaming experiences and enhanced player engagement.
“SCCG’s track record of scaling gaming ventures aligns perfectly with our mission to democratize access to sovereign-grade technology worldwide,” said Elliott Banks, co-founder of PureWager. “Together, we’re not just entering markets, we’re embedding ourselves in them through hyper-localized solutions.”
SCCG Management is an advisory firm specializing in gaming, sports betting and interactive entertainment. It has partnered with 200+ companies across 50+ jurisdictions. It struck similar deals in the past with the likes of Altenar and Wazdan.
“PureWager’s tribal and commercial gaming innovation and BoscaSports’ retail reach create a unique value proposition for U.S., and international operators,” added SCCG Founder Stephen Crystal. “Our role is to ensure this potential translates seamlessly across borders, from regulatory approvals to player adoption.”
