Tech and talent challenges are certainly not unfamiliar to those that occupy a place at the table of the global gaming environment.

However, Insight Global, a company whose legacy stretches back over two decades but one that is set to achieve a significant milestone via its Las Vegas office, despite being formed ahead of a worldwide shutdown, believes that it holds the keys to aid clients in achieving lofty ambitions.

In addition to being widely known for recruitment services that form the backbone of the business, a range of advanced and professional solutions, under the Evergreen division, strive to transform organizations into notable success stories.

Ahead of an industry descent into the entertainment capital of the world, SBC Americas has been getting the lowdown on what has propelled the Las Vegas office towards an imminent celebration, how they can help unlock full potential and in what way they’ll bring a range of services to the forefront of industry’s mind.

Offering their expertise are Abigail Leibowitz, account manager of Casino Gaming, and Director, Sales Enablement, External Events & Partnerships, Bronwen Gregg, one of CDC Gaming Report’s 2023 10 Women Rising in Gaming and Vegas Inc 2024 40 Under 40, in addition to co-host of Global Gaming Women’s Fair Game Podcast and President of Women in Sports & Events (WISE) Las Vegas.

SBC Americas: Insight Global Las Vegas stands on the precipice of a significant milestone. What have been the key accomplishments that have propelled this office towards a fifth anniversary?

Bronwen Gregg, Director, Sales Enablement, External Events & Partnerships,

Bronwen Gregg and Abigail Leibowitz: We are so incredibly proud to be celebrating five years in January. A recruiting firm opening a 55th office in a brand new market just two months before a global pandemic in the U.S. city hit hardest by unemployment was obviously not ideal timing to say the least!

However, despite that adversity at our start, over the last five years, the Insight Global Las Vegas office has placed just under 1,000 candidates at dozens upon dozens of companies.

Some of our biggest accomplishments include the exclusive build out of several teams for gaming manufacturers and operators growing in or entering the U.S. market.

In addition, we’ve also established ongoing recruiting partnerships with some of the most well-known enterprise companies in the industry, making placements ranging from entry-level to executive across a very wide variety of skill sets.

But what have really been the biggest reasons for our success have been our great client relationships, intentional industry engagement, and the vast network we’ve built. We genuinely love being a part of the local Las Vegas community, as well as the international gaming industry as a whole.

We’re thrilled with the impact we’ve been able to make so far, but we have hardly scratched the surface in terms of our advanced services capabilities! We look forward to continuing to evolve our part in the impressive growth of this amazing industry.

Abigail Leibowitz, Account Manager of Casino Gaming

SBCA: Insight Global is traditionally known for its recruitment services, however, this forms just one aspect of your operation. On the tech services front, how can you help businesses to unlock their full potential?
