BetMGM has unveiled a range of new offerings ahead of the upcoming football season.
Headlining the upgraded roster of available features are markets by Angstrom, Entain’s sports modeling and analytics company, that power exclusive betting markets.
In particular, BetMGM is bolstering its parlay product, making it easier for customers to build same-game parlays (SGPs), SGP+ and more pre-packaged parlays. Players can now build parlays anywhere in the app. This football season, BetMGM will offer almost 1,000 futures markets including awards, player and team props and more than 450 ways to bet on each pro football game.
Other new features include enhanced live bet tracking and a redesigned bet slip that allows customers to place various types of wagers in one place at the same time. Smart Stats will give players access to key insights, data and statistics alongside betting markets.
In addition, BetMGM is now the first sports betting app to offer Nevada bettors nationwide connectivity through a single account and digital wallet. This eliminates multiple registrations and allows Nevada residents and visitors to wager in the state and carry their funds to BetMGM mobile markets across the U.S.

BetMGM reaping reward of Angstrom offerings
The bolstered offerings for football season are the latest step in BetMGM’s utilization of Angstrom to improve its betting platform.
BetMGM first began using Angstrom’s differentiated play-by-play simulation-based pricing models during the 2024 baseball season, which the company says allowed it to provide the U.S. betting industry’s most extensive home run markets.
MGM Resorts International CEO Bill Hornbuckle spoke on the company’s Q2 earnings call a few weeks ago about the importance of BetMGM improving its sports betting product through its partnership with Angstrom. He noted those investments were rewarded by a 40% year-over-year increase in active users who placed an MLB SGP bet this season, while the volume of weekly MLB SGP bets doubled year over year.
