The Coalition for Fantasy Sports (CFS) is adding two new operators to its membership.

The group that works to protect fantasy sports brands and players through innovation, responsible play, and access, has added Betr and Dabble. Betr, a micro-betting and media company, and DFS operator Dabble join PrizePicks and Underdog as CFS members.

“The coalition is thrilled to welcome Dabble to the Coalition for Fantasy Sports,” said CFS executive director J.T. Foley in a press release. “Their innovative approach and commitment to the fantasy sports community aligns perfectly with our mission. I’m excited to work with Tom and the Dabble team to drive progress and growth in the industry.”

Led by Tom Rundle as CEO, Dabble combines a social media experience with DFS by offering markets and a newsfeed that resembles X, formerly Twitter. Dabble also operates a sportsbook in Australia with a license from the Northern Territory Racing Commission.

Its fellow CFS member, Betr, has also solidified a footprint in both DFS and sports betting.

Betr offers DFS through its venture Betr Picks, which debuted last July. Betr Picks was initially launched in 24 markets across America and is restricted to players 21 and older.

The company’s sports betting product, Betr Sportsbook, received initial approval in May for a wagering license in Maryland. The product is currently only live in Virginia and Ohio. Betr Sportsbook plans to also launch operations in Indiana and Pennsylvania.

Betr completed a $15 million funding round in March led by 10x Capital. The round valued Betr, co-owned by Joey Levy and social media star Jake Paul, at $300 million.

New leadership for the CFS

Betr and Dabble have joined the CFS after the group recently named Foley its first executive director. Foley joined the CFS after spending over 15 years with Las Vegas Sands Corp.

At Las Vegas Sands, he most recently served as VP of Government Relations. In his new role, Foley will work with CFS members to drive growth and support for fantasy sports.
