Optimove has added Enteractive’s outbound calling to its CRM marketing platform’s Multichannel Marketing Hub.
The feature will sit alongside its existing suite of marketing channels such as email, mobile, and SMS, and can be used to aid player retention and identify problematic gambling issues.
“Sometimes you need a bit of human touch,” said Dan De Souza, director of igaming partnerships at Optimove. “We’re thrilled to kick off this strategic partnership with Enteractive. This new marketing channel represents a significant addition, offering operators an impactful avenue to rekindle connections with inactive players and bolster their efforts in addressing problematic gambling issues more effectively.”
According to Enteractive, the personalization of outbound calls can help to reengage with previous players but also identify signs of problematic gambling behavior.
“Addressing player churn is a pivotal marketing challenge within the iGaming industry, and this partnership marks a significant step forward in empowering operators to address this challenge effectively,” added Enteractive COO Pedram Padidar. “Combining Enteractive’s well-established services with Optimove’s advanced CRM marketing functionalities provides a formidable marketing tool that spares no resource in reactivating churned players.”
Enteractive Bettor Capital investment
Last week Enterative announced that it had partnered with the investment firm Bettor Capital and will use the fresh investment to fuel its growth in North American markets and accelerate its efforts in key growth markets such as the U.S. and Canada.
“We’re thrilled to bring Bettor Capital on board as a strategic investor as we continue to expand within the North American market”, said Enteractive CEO Mikael Hansson at the time of the announcement. “We have built a strong relationship with the Bettor Capital team and believe that they will bring significant value alongside our existing investors.”
Financial terms of the strategic agreement are not available. However, Enteractive has described the Bettor Capital funding as a limited/non-controlling investment.
